ColoriKid is a personalized coloring drawing creation service for children, using artificial intelligence to generate unique black and white images, ready to print and color.

2. Service Access

2.1 Age Conditions

The ColoriKid service is open to all ages. Minors under 13 must obtain authorization from their parents or legal guardians to create an account.

2.2 Registration

Full use of the service requires creating an account with a valid email address or via Google. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. Credits System and Pricing

3.1 How Credits Work

• 1 free credit offered upon registration
• 2 credits required to generate a personalized drawing with AI
• 1 credit required to download a drawing from the public gallery

3.2 Credit Purchase

Credit packs are available for purchase through our secure Stripe payment system. Prices are displayed in euros including VAT. Payment is immediate and credits are instantly credited to your account.

3.3 Credit Validity

Purchased credits have no expiration date and remain available on your account as long as it is active.

4. Service Usage

4.1 Authorized Use

You can:

• Create personalized drawings for personal and family use
• Download and print generated drawings
• Share printed drawings with your family and friends
• Use drawings for non-commercial educational purposes

4.2 Prohibited Uses

It is prohibited to:

• Use the service for commercial purposes without written authorization
• Create offensive, defamatory, violent or inappropriate content
• Attempt to bypass the technical limitations of the service
• Share your login credentials
• Use automated means to access the service
• Resell downloaded drawings
• Use drawings to create competing content

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Drawing Ownership

Drawings generated by the ColoriKid service remain the intellectual property of MONSIEUR REMI TELENCZAK. You benefit from a personal and non-commercial usage right on the drawings you generate or download.

5.2 User Content

By providing descriptions or images to generate your drawings, you guarantee having the necessary rights and grant ColoriKid the right to use these elements to generate your personalized drawings.

5.3 Public Gallery

Drawings may be added to our public gallery to be shared with the community. By generating a drawing, you accept that it may be made available for download by other users.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the service available 24/7, but cannot guarantee continuous availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or technical reasons beyond our control.

7. Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you accept the processing of your data in accordance with this policy and GDPR.

8. Liability

8.1 Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We cannot be held responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service, particularly in case of data loss, business interruption or loss of profit.
